Miniature replica of Alberobello

This postcard was given to me by a lady at a gift shop where you can see a miniature replica of Alberobello.

Trulli of Alberobello

Alberobello was the last UNESCO site we visited and it really is an unique place!

Roman Pillars of Brindisi

Of the two pillars, only one is still standing.

Capital of the Roman Pillar of Brindisi

Classified by UNESCO are the Brindisi Columns, believed to mark the end of the Appian Way. This capital is no longer in its original location.

Brindisi

I wanted to go to Brindisi to buy postcards of the Appian Way, but it wasn't easy to find them.

Matera

If I had gone alone, I would have explored so much more. I feel like there were things left unseen. But the best part of this trip was also the company, which is priceless!

Matera

Matera was perhaps the place I most wanted to visit, and despite the distance and the infernal heat, I wasn't disappointed!

Castel del Monte

I really liked the castle, which has an unusual shape, but there's not much to see inside.

Castel del Monte

Exactly one week ago I was returning from Italy, where I spent my holidays with family and friends. The first place we went right after leaving Bari Airport was Castel del Monte.
