 Ksar Ouled Soltane was also featured in a Star Wars movie as the place where the character Anakin Skywalker lived as a boy.

Chenini, Tataouine

 Chenini is also associated with the Star Wars film series. One of the moons of the home planet of Luke Skywalker was named Chenini.

 Tataouine became the inspiration for the name of planet Tatooine from the Star Wars film series.
