 The Great Mosque alone makes Kairouan worth a visit

Mosque of the Barber, Kairouan

 The Mausoleum of Sidi Sahab, generally known as the Mosque of the Barber, was the fisrt place we visited in Kairouan

 Kairouan wasn't in my plans, but it was included in the El Jem excursion, and I'm so glad it did, because it ended up being my favorite and most surprising part of the trip!
